SUDSHOP will not be obliged to accept the return of any goods ordered by a customer without the customer contacting us first. All orders that have been supplied correctly and returned due to customer ordering incorrectly will incure a minimum 20% handling charge. Goods ordered incorrectly by the customer must be returned in the original packaging, carriage paid within 28 days of order date for inspection by SUDSHOP or the manufacturer if reported as faulty.
Information provided by you will only be collected by ourselves and will not be provided to any third party. We may at times also use the information to inform you of any offers or any news updates that we believe may benefit you. If you do not wish to receive any of these offers or news updates then please send an email to email@example.com with the word ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject heading.

The Company does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials or the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed or distributed through the site. SUDSHOP accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details.
SUDSHOP reserve the right to change the price of goods on the website at anytime, although we endeavour to supply the parts advertised, there may be times when we will supply a suitable substitute.
Limitation of Damages
The company, any of its subsidiaries or their parent companies will not be liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made, for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier or for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
Choice of Law
The terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
SUDSHOP reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms and conditions in whole or in part, at any time.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
